It also seeks to provide a platform for the production and marketing of student products and services, foster the formation of innovative and technology-driven clusters, and guide these clusters towards establishing knowledge-based companies.
He mentioned other objectives for establishing the student business ecosystem, including creating enthusiasm and vitality among students, reducing social harms caused by unemployment, increasing self-efficacy and confidence, enhancing creativity, nurturing and flourishing production ideas, and creating opportunities for attracting investors.
Dr. Taghavi highlighted the skills that will be taught in the initial phase of the Student Business Ecosystem Office and Mehrad Center, including workshops on pottery and ceramics, jewelry making, carpet weaving and sewing, as well as visual arts workshops such as painting, calligraphy, and graphic design.
He also noted that the cultural, artistic, and skill training programs at the Mehrad Center and the student ecosystem are not limited to specific times and will be held throughout the year for students at all levels.
