در حکمی از سوی دکتر حسین هاجری، معاون پژوهشی و مدیر بخش زبان و ادبیات فارسی سازمان مطالعه و تدوین کتب علوم انسانی دانشگاهها، دکتر علیرضا انوشیروانی، عضو هیئت علمی بخش زبـانهای خارجی وزبان شناسی و رئیس پردیس بین الملل دانشگاه شیراز ، به عنوان مدیر پروژه ادبیات تطبیقی در بخش ادبیات فارسی سازمان "سمت"منصوب شد. مسئولیت اصلی دکتر انوشیروانی در"سمت" مدیر علمی تولید کتابهای درسی و مبنایی در این حوزه است. وی اظهار امیدواری کرد با همکاری صاحبنظران و استادان این رشته در کشور موفق شود نیازهای اساسی این حوزه مطالعاتی را مشخص و به تدریج کتابهای درسی مورد نیاز این دانش بین رشتهای را تولید و در اختیار استادان و دانشجویان علاقهمند قرار دهد. گفتنی است دکتر انوشیروانی از سال 1388 پژوهشگر مدعو گروه ادبیات تطبیقی دانشگاه هاروارد است ومدرک دکتری خود را در رشته ادبیات تطبیقی از دانشگاه الی نویز در اوربانا- امریکا اخذ نموده است. وی عضو وابسته فرهنگستان زبان وادب فارسی و سر دبیر نشریه تخصصی ادبیات تطبیقی این فرهنگستان است که تا به حال یازده شماره آن به چاپ رسیده است. هدف دکتر انوشیروانی به عنوان سردبیر تبین و بومی سازی نظریهها و روش تحقیق دانش ادبیات تطبیقی در ایران است. تا به حال هفده دانشگاه ومرکز علمی کشور از وی برای ایراد سخنرانی و اجرای کارگاههای آموزشی در زمینه نظریههای جدید و روش تحقیق در ادبیات تطبیقی دعوت بهعمل آورده اند. اخیراً دکتر انوشیروانی و همکاران برنامه آموزشی دوره کارشناسی ارشد رشته ادبیات تطبیقی را برای اولین بار در ایران تدوین نمودهاند. نوگشایی این رشته جدید در دانشگاه شیراز به تصویب شورای برنامهریزی درسی و همچنین شورای دانشگاه شیراز رسیده و معاون آموزشی و تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه آن را برای تصویب به نام دانشگاه شیراز برای وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری ارسال نموده است.
