به گزارش خبرگزاری صدا و سیما، مرکز فارس، رییس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز با بیان اینکه این رشته تاکنون در کشور راه اندازی نشده است، گفت: با تکیه بر توانمندی اساتید و ظرفیت های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و نیز با همکاری بین بخشی دانشگاه شیراز، پزشکی قانونی و مسئولان قضایی و انتظامی استان امکان راه اندازی فلوشیپ این رشته در شیراز فراهم خواهد شد. دکتر بهادر افزود: به کمک این رشته ابعاد پزشکی و سلامت روانی جرائم بررسی می شود و فرد مجرم به عنوان یک بیمار تحت درمان قرار می گیرد. وی اظهارداشت: درصورت راه اندازی این رشته در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز از تجربیات اساتید دانشگاه پواتیه فرانسه نیز بهره خواهیم گرفت. دکتر ایو ژان رییس دانشگاه پواتیه فرانسه گفت: در سفر پارسال مسئولان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز به فرانسه با توانمندی های مراکز تحقیقاتی و درمانی شیراز آشنا شدیم و سفر امروز ما به شیراز برای گسترش همکاری های دوجانبه است. وی افزود: محققان دانشگاه پواتیه مایل به گسترش همکاری های خود با دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز در زمینه تبادل استاد و دانشجو، اجرای طرح های مشترک تحقیقاتی با موضوع پیوند اعضا، درمان سرطان، بیماری های عفونی و تصویربرداری پزشکی هستند. رییس دانشگاه پواتیه فرانسه گفت: در حال حاضر بیش از 30 هزار دانشجو که حدود 4 هزار نفر آن ها از 120 کشور جهان هستند در دانشگاه پواتیه مشغول به تحصیل در رشته های مختلف هستند.
