در مراسمی با حضور رئیس دانشگاه شیراز ، از زحمات دکتر غلامرضا رخشنده رو تقدیر و دکتر سید مجتبی واعظی به عنوان معاون جدید فرهنگی و دانشجویی این دانشگاه معرفی شد.
دکتر حمید نادگران ، رئیس دانشگاه شیراز در این آیین اظهار داشت : تجربه کاری ، برنامه محوری ، تدیّن ، سعه صدر، حوصله بسیار و خوش اخلاقی از ویژگی های بارز یک معاون فرهنگی و دانشجویی به شمار می رود که خوشبختانه این ویژگی ها در دکتر رخشنده رو مشهود بود.
وی افزود : با توجه به وسعت کاری زیاد معاونت فرهنگی دانشجویی، امیدوارم که معاون جدید هم با کمک نیروی جوانی بتواند مسئولیت ها را به نحو شایسته انجام دهد.
رئیس دانشگاه شیراز با اشاره به تقدم حوزه فرهنگ تصریح کرد: دانشجویان مستحق خدمت هستند و اگر کار فرهنگی شایسته صورت گیرد بسیاری از مشکلات حل می شود.
حجت الاسلام و المسلمین نیّری، مسئول نهاد نمایندگی مقام معظم رهبری در دانشگاه شیراز نیز در این مراسم گفت : غالب مشکلات ما ریشه فرهنگی دارد و ظرفیت فرهنگی فراوان موجود در دانشگاه ، اقتضای یک معاونت دارد.
دکتر رخشنده رو هم در این نشست تاکید کرد: ضروری است تدبیری اندیشیده شود که موضوعات مرتبط با معاونت دانشجویی در دانشگاه ها استقلال داشته باشند و مسائلی همچون غذا و خوابگاه به دغدغه هیات رئیسه تبدیل نگردد.
دکتر واعظی هم گفت : ادغام دو معاونت فرهنگی و دانشجویی نباید باعث این شود که یکی فدای دیگری شود.
وی، پرهیز از روزمرّگی، شفافیت مالی ، توجه به برنامه های بنیادی، مشارکت پذیری و افزایش نشاط دانشجویی، زمینه سازی برای بروز خلاقیت دانشجویان ، کارآفرینی و تقویت بازارچه های دانشجویی را، از مهمترین اهداف و برنامه های آتی معاونت فرهنگی و دانشجویی دانشگاه شیراز برشمرد .
در انتهای این مراسم با اهدای لوح و هدایا از دکتر رخشنده رو تقدیر شد.
