اعضای شورای اسلامی شهر شیراز طرح مطالعات جامع حمل و نقل و ترافیک شهری شیراز را تصویب کردند. به گزارش خبرگزاری تسنیم از شیراز، احمدرضا نقیب زاده عصر امروز در جلسه شورای شهر شیراز اظهار داشت: مطالعات جامع حمل و نقل شیراز در انتهای دهه 70 تهیه و سال 80 به تصویب رسید و این مطالعات تاکنون، مبنای تعریف تمام طرح های عمرانی بوده است. رئیس کمیسیون حمل و نقل شورای شهر شیراز افزود: با توجه به اینکه افق طرح 10 ساله بود، در شورای سوم بروز رسانی آن به تصویب رسید و بازنگری آن در شورای چهارم این طرح با مشارکت دانشگاه شیراز آغاز شد. نقیب زاده خاطرنشان کرد: همچنین با تعیین دانشگاه شیراز به عنوان مشاور بازنگری طرح جامع حمل و نقل و ترافیک، پژوهشکده حمل و نقل و ترافیک شهری در دانشگاه شیراز نیز افتتاح شد. وی به چشم اندازهای طرح جامع حمل و نقل و ترافیک شیراز اشاره و تصریح کرد: چشم انداز، راهبردها و برنامه های اجرایی این طرح، در راستای حمل و نقل پایدار، ایمن و دوستدار محیط زیست است که با 13 راهبرد اجرایی می شود. به گزارش تسنیم اعضای شورای اسلامی شهر شیراز همچنین امروز در جلسه علنی خود طرح گسترش فرهنگ استفاده از مصالح استاندارد، جلوگیری از تضییع حقوق صاحب کار و جلوگیری از بروز حوادث ناشی از کار را که از کمیسیون معماری و شهرسازی ارجاع شده بود، به تصویب رساندند. آئین نامه رعایت الزامات زیست محیطی پروژه های عمرانی به منظور توجه به جایگاه محیط زیست از دیگر طرح هایی بود که امروز در شورای اسلامی شهر شیراز مطرح و اعضای حاضر در جلسه به آن رای منفی دادند. مخالفان این طرح معتقد بودند، این مصوبه در اجرای پروژه های عمرانی ایجاد اخلال کرده و سبب کندی اجرای آن می شود. شهردار شیراز نیز با بیان اینکه اعضاء شورای اسلامی شهر شیراز نماینده شهر هستند و مردم توقع دارند شهر را اداره کنند نه شهرداری را اظهار داشت: یک بیستم طرح های عمرانی شهرداری زیست محیطی است و به تصویب این طرح نیازی ندارد. علیرضا پاک فطرت با طرح این سوال که آیا زمانی که به معدن سنگ یا شن و ماسه در دوکوهک اجازه بهره برداری می دهند از شهرداری اجازه می گیرند گفت: متاسفانه هیچ نظری از شهرداری گرفته نمی شود.نیازی نیست برای شهرداری نسخه بپیچید، اگر عضو شورا بودم می گفتم هر طرحی که قرار است در شهر شیراز اجرا شود باید در کمیسیون محیط زیست شورا بررسی شود و این به معنای نماینده مردم بودن است. شهردار شیراز گفت: بیمارستان هایی در شهر در حال توسعه است که اهمیتی به محیط زیست نمی دهند و در گوشه گوشه شهر امور خلاف محیط زیستی را انجام می دهند و جلوگیری نمی شود باید به شهرداری قدرت بدهید نه قدرت او را بگیرید. آرش فرج زاده معاون عمرانی شهرداری شیراز نیز اظهار داشت: بیشتر قرارداد طرح های عمرانی دارای پیوست محیط زیستی هستند و نیازی به این مصوبه نیست. انتهای پیام/
