به دستور وزیر ارتباطات و با توافق میان اپراتور همراه اول و دانشگاه شیراز، سومین مرکز رشد تولید محتوا در حوزه خدمات ارزش افزوده و اپلیکیشن موبایل در کشور، راه اندازی می شود. به گزارش خبرگزاری مهر، این توافق در حضور محمود واعظی وزیر ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات، میان علی اکبر صفوی قائم مقام دانشگاه شیراز و وحید صدوقی مدیرعامل اپراتور همراه اول منعقد شد. براین اساس مقرر شد مرکز رشد تولید محتوا با هدف حمایت از ایده ها و طرحهای دانشجویی در راستای خدمات ارزش افزوده و اپلیکیشن موبایل در دانشگاه شیراز ایجاد شود. این قرارداد، سومین قرارداد راه اندازی مرکز رشد تولید محتوا در دانشگاههای کشور است که پیش از این در پی همکاری مشترک همراه اول با دانشگاههای صنعتی شریف و شهید بهشتی، این مراکز در این دانشگاهها ایجاد شد. وحید صدوقی مدیرعامل همراه اول در این باره گفت: هم اکنون پردیس تولید محتوا در دانشگاه شریف ایجاد شده و قرار است به زودی مرکز رشد محتوا نیز در این دانشگاه ایجاد شود. در همین حال طبق قرارداد با دانشگاه شهید بهشتی، هاب تولید محتوا در جهت حمایت از ایده های شرکتهای دانش بنیان و طرح های تحقیقاتی دانشجویان این دانشگاه، در حال راه اندازی است. وی ادامه داد: سومین توافق با دانشگاه شیراز، در راستای همکاری برای ایجاد انکوباتور و مرکز رشد است تا از ایده ها و طرح های دانشجویان این دانشگاه در حوزه موبایل حمایت شود. براین اساس قرار است شرکت دانش بنیان با هدف سرمایه گذاری مشترک برای توسعه این طرح ها و خدمات در دانشگاه شیراز تاسیس شود. صدوقی سرمایه اولیه مشترک این طرح را حدود 10 میلیارد تومان برآورد کرد. در این زمینه علی اکبر صفوی قائم مقام دانشگاه شیراز نیز تاکید کرد: این توافقانمه بعد از 5 ماه مذاکره مستمر به نتیجه رسیده است و امیدواریم با این اقدام تمامی نیروهای متخصص مرتبط با تولیدات اپلیکیشن های موبایل و ایده های مرتبط را جمع آوری کنیم. وی هدف از این اقدام را تبدیل ایده های موجود به محصول ملی و بین المللی عنوان کرد و ادامه داد: با وجود تیم فنی و سرمایه گذاری مشترک ایجاد شده، سرویسهای تولید شده به تمام افراد در استان فارس قابل ارائه خواهد شد.
