رئیس سازمان دانشجویان وزارت علوم از ابلاغ طرح آمایش آموزش عالی به وزارت علوم توسط رئیس جمهور خبر داد و گفت: ساماندهی به معنی حذف واحدها و دانشگاه های کوچک نیست. به گزارش فرهنگ امروز به نقل از مهر؛ مجتبی صدیقی با اشاره به طرح ساماندهی مراکز آموزش عالی و احتمال حذف و یا ادغام برخی واحدها گفت: طرح آمایش آموزش عالی چند ماه پیش درشورای عالی انقلاب فرهنگی تصویب شد و به تازگی توسط رئیس جمهور، رئیس شورای عالی انقلاب فرهنگی برای اجرا به وزارت علوم ابلاغ شد ه است. وی ادامه داد: ترکیب طرح آمایش درحوزه معاونت آموزشی مشخص شده و در این طرح، ساماندهی دانشگاه ها به معنی حذف واحدها و دانشگاه های کوچک نیست. رئیس سازمان امور دانشجویان افزود: در ساماندهی مراکز آموزش عالی هماهنگی و ارتباط تنگاتنگی بین دانشگاه های بزرگ و کوچک مشخص شده است. وی ادامه داد: به طور نمونه ممکن است در سطح استان فارس 10 یا 11 دانشگاه فعال باشد، از طرفی دانشگاهی مثل دانشگاه شیراز نیز به عنوان دانشگاه مادر در این استان فعال است که به طور حتم ارتباط آکادمیک و آموزشی، پژوهشی دانشگاه های کوچک با دانشگاه مادر تعریف می شود. صدیقی افزود: اما آیا این بدین معنی است که یک دانشگاه کوچک در استان فارس حذف می شود؟ خیر، این گونه نیست. ردیف بودجه ای، امکانات حقوقی، اداری و مالی این دانشگاه ها ر ا حفظ کرده ولی کنترل آموزشی و پژوهشی این مراکز را به منظور افزایش کیفیت در این طرح ساماندهی می کنیم. وی ادامه داد: آثار طرح ساماندهی از اوایل سال تحصیلی جدید یعنی مهرماه خود را نشان خواهد داد. رئیس سازمان امور دانشجویان افزود: کمیته ای در حوزه معاونت آموزشی با هماهنگی سایر معاونت ها تشکیل شده و درحال بررسی این طرح هستند.
