According to the public relations office of Shiraz University, students from the university achieved remarkable success in the 29th National Student Olympiad (2024), securing 2 gold medals, 1 silver medal, and 15 top ranks across twelve disciplines.
In the final round of the Olympiad, held in July simultaneously at universities nationwide, Shiraz University ranked fourth among Iranian universities, following Sharif University of Technology, Tehran University, and Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, with outstanding performances from 18 students.
