رییس کمیسیون شهرسازی و معماری شورای اسلامی شهر شیراز معتقد است وقتی حال شهروندان شهری خوب نباشد، هر سیاستی از پل سازی تا گل کاری محکوم به شکست است. به گزارش ایمنا، نوذر امامی در نشست تخصصی "نسبت منظر طبیعی با زندگی پیاده در شیراز" در دانشکده معماری و هنر دانشگاه شیراز گفت: شیراز بالقوه دارای زیبایی های خاص و ویژه ای است که از نظر جغرافیایی شهری بسیار نادر و کم نظیر است. وی ادامه داد: مناظر شیراز می تواند نقش موثری در لذت بردن شهروندان از شهر داشته باشد اما اینکه مردم روزهای تعطیل به خارج از شهر پناه می برند، به این دلیل است که از مناظر شهر لذت نمی برند. رییس کمیسیون شهرسازی و معماری با بیان اینکه شهر باید به گونه ای طراحی شود که مردم از پارک، کوه و باغ های موجود آن لذت ببرند، خاطرنشان کرد: پیاده روهای شهر غیر از توسعه بستر کالبدی، نیاز به توسعه ابعاد روحی، رفتاری و فرهنگی شهروندان نیز دارد. امامی ادامه داد: در شهرهای موفق پیاده روی با موسیقی خیابانی و نمایش آثار هنری مثل تابلوهای نقاشی همراه شده است و محدودیت های فرهنگی و اجتماعی در آنها وجود ندارد اما در شهرهای ایران با محدودیت های فرهنگی از ناحیه شهروندان و حاکمان روبرو هستیم. عضو شورای اسلامی شهر شیراز با بیان اینکه مردم باید در فضاسازی پیاده روها دیده شوند، اضافه کرد: با توسعه صنایع خودروسازی و آسان سازی دسترسی مردم به خودرو، خیابان ها تنها به مسیری برای عبور خودرو تبدیل شده اند و امنیتی برای پیاده تأمین نمی شود. وی با تأکید بر لزوم توسعه حمل و نقل عمومی گفت: بدون توسعه حمل و نقل عمومی و مترو نمی توان به بستر پیاده روی در شهر دست یافت. رییس کمیسیون شهرسازی و معماری شورای اسلامی شهر شیراز با بیان اینکه مردم معیار و میزان رضایتمندی در شهر هستند، خاطرنشان کرد: زندگی انسان بدور از مناظر طبیعی و فضاسازی شهری تلخ می شود. وی با تأکید بر لزوم توسعه میادین شهری گفت: بیش از این میادین محل تجمع و گفت وگو و عرضه محصولات شهروندان بود اما با حذف میادین نمونه ای از امکان تعامل و گفت وگوی شهروندان نیز حذف شد. امامی با تشریح سیاست های انسان محور شورای پنجم شهر شیراز گفت: سیاست انسان محوری در مدیریت شهری به معنای تعطیلی فعالیت های عمرانی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی مبتنی بر رضایت شهروندان صورت می گیرد. وی معتقد است حال خوب شهروندان یک شهر، برآیند رضایت عمومی را رقم می زند لذا وقتی حال شهروندان خوب نباشد یعنی هر سیاست و هر عملکردی از پل سازی تا گل کاری محکوم به شکست است. رییس کمیسیون شهرسازی و معماری شورای شهر شیراز با تأکید بر لزوم توجه به شادی و نشاط شهروندان در سیاست گذاری های شهری گفت: شادی هزینه اداره شهر را کم می کند چرا که با مردم عصبانی نمی شود شهر را اداره کرد لذا باید شهر را به گونه ای بسازیم که مردم در آن احساس لذت، رضایت و امنیت کنند.
