دکتر محمدصابر خاقانی نژاد ، رئیس مرکزهمکاری های علمی و بین المللی دانشگاه شیراز از تنظیم شیوه نامه برای اعزام های اراسموس پلاس (+Erasmus) خبر داد.
وی اظهار داشت : اراسموس پلاس برنامه ای آموزشی- پژوهشی است که تحت حمایت اتحادیه اروپاست و طی آن دانشگاه های اروپایی از اعضای هیأت علمی، دانشجویان و کارکنان امور بین الملل دانشگاه های طرف قرارداد خارج از اتحادیه اروپا، میزبانی می کنند.
دکتر خاقانی نژاد ادامه داد : هزینه های این برنامه از طرف اتحادیه اروپا به دانشگاه ها پرداخت می شود و پس از ورود به دانشگاه مقصد این هزینه در اختیار میهمانان قرار می گیرد.
به گفته ی رئیس مرکزهمکاری های علمی و بین المللی دانشگاه شیراز ، مدت این برنامه برای اعضای هیأت علمی و عوامل اجرایی امور بین الملل یک هفته و برای دانشجویان یک نیمسال تحصیلی است.
وی تصریح کرد : شرایط افراد متقاضی استفاده از این بورسیه در شورای توسعه بین الملل دانشگاه شیراز به تصویب رسیده و به دانشکدهای مختلف ابلاغ شده است.
دکتر خاقانی نژاد اظهار داشت : اعزام اعضای هیأت علمی در راستای برنامه پژوهشی جهت دار آنها انجام خواهد گرفت واولویت با استادیاران، دانشیاران و اعضای هیأت علمی با سابقه کم تر از 15 سال است.
وی ، سازمان دهی تبادل دانشجو بین دانشگاه ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی اروپا و سایر نقاط جهان را از اهداف راه اندازی اراسموس پلاس برشمرد و گفت: برای اعزام دانشجویان دانشگاه شیراز نیز برنامه ریزی های لازم صورت گرفته و دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی ( کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری ) در اولویت قرار دارند.
رئیس مرکزهمکاری های علمی و بین المللی دانشگاه شیراز تصریح کرد: هزینه های یک نیمسال حضور دانشجو در یکی از دانشگاه های اروپایی توسط دانشگاه میزبان پرداخت می شود.
حداقل معدل 17 ، عدم مشروطی در کارنامه آموزشی ، داشتن مدرک زبان قابل قبول شامل IELTS، TOEFL، MSRT ، و ارائه رزومه پژوهشی؛ از شرایط اعزام دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه شیراز به دانشگاه های اروپایی است.
دکتر خاقانی نژاد گفت : هدف از تنظیم این شیوه نامه ، شفاف سازی ، شایسته گزینی و نظامندسازی اعزام دانشگاهیان است و زمینه بهره مندی همگان را از بورس های اتحادیه اروپا فراهم می نماید.
وی ادامه داد : در سال گذشته 3 نفر از دانشگاهیان دانشگاه شیراز در قالب اراسموس پلاس به اروپا اعزام شده اند و این عدد در سه ماهه اول امسال با 4 برابر افزایش به 12 نفر رسیده است.
رئیس مرکزهمکاری های علمی و بین المللی دانشگاه شیراز بیان کرد : از ابتدای امسال 6 استاد ، 4 دانشجو و 2 نفر از عوامل اجرایی امور بین الملل دانشگاه شیراز برای دوره های آموزشی و پژوهشی به دانشگاه های آلمان، یونان ، ایتالیا و اسپانیا سفر کرده اند.
وی اظهار امیدواری کرد: تا پایان امسال بیش از 30 نفر دیگر از اساتید جوان و دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی بتوانند از بورس اتحادیه اروپا (اراسموس پلاس) بهره مند شوند.
دکتر خاقانی نژاد گفت : از ابتدای امسال قراردادهای علمی پژوهشی بین دانشگاه شیراز و دانشگاه های کاتانیا ایتالیا (University of Catania) ، دانشگاه بولونیا ایتالیا (University of Bologna) و دانشگاه چالمرز سوئد (Chalmers University of Technology ) منعقد شده و بدین ترتیب قراردادهای اراسموس پلاس دانشگاه شیراز که در سال گذشته 6 عدد بوده ؛ در سه ماهه اول امسال به 9 قرارداد افزایش یافته است.
