برپایی جلسه کمیته هماهنگی طرح و برنامه دانشگاه ها و مراکز آموزش عالی جنوب کشور در دانشگاه شیراز


جلسه کمیته هماهنگی طرح و برنامه دانشگاه ها و مراکز آموزش عالی جنوب کشور در دانشگاه شیراز برگزار شد.
آقای سید عباس آیت اللهی ، مدیر بودجه و تشکیلات دانشگاه شیراز ، هدف از برپایی این نشست را زمینه سازی مشارکت فعال در تصمیم گیری های وزارت علوم، تحقیقیات و فناوری، هماهنگی برای اجرای آیین نامه ها و مشکلات تخصیص بودجه سال91 ، بحث و تبادل نظر در خصوص فرم های بودجه تفصیلی و روند مبادله آن عنوان کرد.
در این نشست نماینده مدیریت برنامه، بودجه و تشکیلات وزارت علوم، تحقیقیات و فناوری با تاکید بر تلاش برای حل مشکلات مطرح شده، انتفال پیشنهادها و مشکلات به صورت مکتوب و تعامل بیشتر با کارشناسان وزارت را خواستار شد.
گفتنی است برای تعامل همه جانبه دانشگاه ها و مراکز آموزش عالی و انتقال آموخته ها در راستای اجرایی نمودن بودجه ریزی عملیاتی، مدیرت هزینه و مباحث ساختاری و تشکیلاتی، معاونت توسعه منابع وزارت علوم ، تحقیقات و فناوری تصمیم به ایجاد کمیته هماهنگی گرفته است .
بر این اساس و با توجه به موقعیت جغرافیایی واحدهای دانشگاهی، وزارت به شش منطقه تقسیم شده است.
دانشگاه های شیراز، صنعتی شیراز ، شهید چمران اهواز، یاسوج ، سلمان فارسی کازرون، فسا، جهرم، خاتم الأنبیاء بهبهان، صنعتی جندی شاپور دزفول، علوم فنون و دریایی خرمشهر، کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی رامین خوزستان، هنر شیراز و مجتمع آموزش عالی داراب؛ دانشگاه های عضو منطقه جنوب می باشند.
مسئولیت هماهنگی دانشگاه ها و مراکز آموزش عالی منطقه جنوب ، از سوی وزارت علوم ، تحقیقات و فناوری، به دانشگاه شیراز واگذار شده است.
