رییس بخش علم اطلاعات و دانش شناسی دانشگاه شیراز در حالی بالاترین ضریب تاثیر مجلات علمی کشور را بالاتر از یک ذکر می کند که بالاترین ضریب تاثیر نشریات علمی دنیا بالاتر از 144 است. دکتر جعفر مهراد در گفت وگو با ایسنا با تاکید بر این که نشریات بر اساس ضریب تاثیرشان (میزان اثرگذاری) رتبه بندی می شوند، افزود: ضریب تاثیر نشریات علمی معیاری از بازتاب متوسط تعداد استنادهای صورت گرفته سالانه به مقالات جاری منتشر شده در آن نشریه علمی است. وی با تاکید بر این که ضریب تاثیر نشریه در یک رشته موضوعی دلالت دارد، ادامه داد: نشریات با ضریب تاثیر بالاتر نسبت به نشریاتی که ضریب تاثیر کمتری دارند از اهمیت بیشتری برخوردارند. مهراد اضافه کرد: بر این اساس موسسه اطلاعات علمی که در ایران به نام ISI شناخته می شود، در پایگاهی به نام JCR (گزارش های استنادی نشریات) ضریب تاثیر نشریات علمی تحت پوشش ISI را گزارش می کند. وی یادآور شد: از ضریب تاثیر برای مقایسه مجلات مختلف درون یک رشته موضوعی استفاده می شود. این چهره ماندگار علمی کشور با تاکید بر این که موسسه اطلاعات علمی بیش از 12 هزار نشریه را در حوزه های علوم اجتماعی نمایه سازی می کند، خاطرنشان کرد: در ایران وزارتخانه های علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری و بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی تقاضاهای رسیده برای تاسیس نشریات علمی را مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار می دهند. مهراد اظهار کرد: در حال حاضر هزار و 165 نشریه از سوی وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری به عنوان نشریه معتبر علمی- پژوهشی و یا علمی- ترویجی معرفی شده اند. وی روند رشد نشریات علمی در ایران را رو به رشد دانست و یادآور شد: این امر به گونه ای است که در سال 1382 تعداد این نشریات 145 عنوان و در سال 1390 این رقم به 740 عنوان بالغ شده است. بنیانگذار پایگاه استنادی علوم جهان اسلام با بیان این که در سال 1394 تعداد هزار و 165 نشریه علمی مورد تائید وزارت علوم در کشور منتشر شده است، اظهار کرد: نشریات علمی پزشکی نیز توسط وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی ارزبابی می شوند که در سال 1382 تعداد نشریات معتبر این وزارتخانه 82 عنوان بود و این تعداد با توجه به توسعه دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی جهت یافته های علمی به تدریج رو به افزایش گذاشته است. به گفته وی در حال حاضر (سال 1395) تعداد 376 عنوان نشریه علمی از سوی وزارت بهداشت که عمدتا نشریات علمی- پژوهشی هستند، معرفی شده است، ضمن آن که بخش اعظم نشریات وابسته به این وزارتخانه به زبان انگلیسی منتشر می شود. رییس بخش علم اطلاعات و دانش شناسی دانشگاه شیراز ادامه داد: از مجموع هزار و 165 نشریه وابسته به وزارت علوم و 376 نشریه وابسته به وزارت بهداشت، 45 عنوان نشریه در پایگاه گزارش های استنادی نشریات موسسه اطلاعات علمی ISI دارای ضریب تاثیر هستند. مهراد خاطر نشان کرد: بر این اساس برترین نشریه جمهوری اسلامی ایران که دارای بالاترین ضریب تاثیر است، مربوط به نشریهInternational Journal of Environmental Science and Technology است. وی نشریه «دارو» با ضریب تاثیر 1.638 هزارم را در رتبه دوم این فهرست دانست و اضافه کرد: رتبه سوم نیز به نشریه Iranian Journal of Basic Medical Sciences تعلق دارد. رییس بخش علم اطلاعات و دانش شناسی دانشگاه شیراز خاطر نشان کرد: ضریب تاثیر تعداد 12 عنوان از مجموع 45 نشریه علمی در پایگاه گزارش های استنادی نشریات موسسه اطلاعات علمی بیش از یک است و باقی نشریات دارای ضریب تاثیر کمتر از یک هستند. وی اولین نشریه علمی دارای بالاترین ضریب تاثیر را متعلق به نشریه CA-A-Caner Journal for Clinicians با ضریب تاثیر 144.8 دانست. مهراد رتبه های دوم و سوم نشریات علمی با بالاترین ضریب تاثیر را به ترتیب متعلق به The New England Journal of Medicine و Chemical Reviews با ضریب تاثیر 55.8 و 46.56 دانست.
