بازدید مسؤولان مرکز اسناد و کتابخانه ملی تهران و فارس از کتابخانه مرکزی و مرکز اسناد دانشگاه شیراز


مسؤولان مرکز اسناد و کتابخانه ملی تهران و استان فارس از کتابخانه مرکزی و مرکز اسناد دانشگاه شیراز بازدید کردند.

به‌گزارش روابط‌عمومی دانشگاه شیراز، در این بازدید که از بخش‌های مختلف کتابخانه مرکزی و مرکز اسناد دانشگاه شیراز ازجمله بخش نسخ خطی، چاپ سنگی و سربی و بخش اسناد شکل گرفت؛ سرپرست معاونت اسناد و کتابخانه ملی کشور به‌همراه رئیس مرکز اسناد و کتابخانه ملی شاخه فارس و تعدادی از کارشناسان این مرکز حضور داشتند.

در نشستی که قبل از بازدید در دفتر مدیریت کتابخانه مرکزی و مرکز اسناد دانشگاه شیراز تشکیل شد، دکتر فرزانه عفیفیان، مدیر این مرکز ضمن خوش‌آمدگویی به حاضران، با اشاره به اینکه‌ کتابخانه مرکزی و مرکز اسناد دانشگاه شیراز بیش از 2600نسخه کم‌نظیر خطی، چاپ سنگی و سربی و همچنین بیش از 13000 سند ارزشمند دارد، بیان کرد: به‌منظور حفظ و صیانت از این گنجینه‌ی گرانبها و همچنین استفاده پژوهشگران کار دیجیتال‌سازی این دو مجموعه‌ی ارزشمند در حال انجام است.

وی خبر داد: بیش از هزارنسخه‌ی خطی مجموعه‌ی اهدایی مرحوم شیخ عبدالنبی امامی و مابقی، اهدایی خیّران استان همچون آقای داریوش نویدگویی است که تلاش مجموعه، بر نگهداری درست و اصولی این میراث ارزشمند به‌منظور پیشگیری از آسیب‌های فیزیکی و کنترل دما و رطوبت به‌لحاظ پیشگیری از آسیب‌های شیمیایی است.

رییس کتابخانه مرکزی دانشگاه شیراز در ادامه گفت: در حال حاضر به دنبال اسیدزدایی و آفت‌زدایی مجموعه به‌منظور پیشگیری از آسیب‌های بیولوژیکی هستیم که با همکاری معاون پژوهشی دانشگاه تأمین اعتبار شده است؛ اما با توجه به حساسیت موضوع، در نظر داریم با بررسی دقیق و همه‌جانبه روش مطلوب‌تری انتخاب کنیم.

دکتر ناصری، سرپرست معاونت اسناد و کتابخانه ملی نیز با اشاره به اینکه کتابخانه‌ی ملی حافظ هویت ملی و فرهنگی ایران و گنجینه‌ی اطلاعات کشور است؛ پیشنهاد انتقال این مجموعه ارزشمند به سازمان اسناد به‌منظور نگهداری و ارائه‌ی نسخه‌ی کپی باکیفیت به دانشگاه برای استفاده‌های پژوهشی و غیره را مطرح کرد و از آمادگی سازمان کتابخانه‌ی ملی، به‌منظور هرگونه همکاری با دانشگاه شیراز خبر داد.

در پایان این نشست نیز مقرر شد، در گام اول سازمان کتابخانه‌ی ملی کارشناسان خود را به‌منظور ارزیابی مجموعه برای اسیدزدایی و آفت‌زدایی  به شیراز اعزام نمایند.

در ادامه‌ی این برنامه، مسؤولان از بخش نسخ خطی و چاپ سنگی و سربی و بخش اسناد که مرحله‌ی نجات‌بخشی، شناسایی، دیجیتال‌سازی و ورود اطلاعات کتاب‌شناختی آن در سامانه‌ی کتابخانه آغاز شده، بازدید کردند.
