According to the public relations office of Shiraz University, a ceremony to honor the outstanding researchers and technologists of Fars Province was held at Shiraz University, coinciding with Research and Technology Week. The ceremony took place on the morning of Wednesday, December 11, 2024, with the presence of the Fars Governor, university heads, scientific center representatives, and a number of industry professionals and researchers from Fars Province. A total of 64 distinguished researchers and technologists from Fars were recognized.
