انعقاد تفاهمنامه دانشگاه شیراز و شرکت آب و فاضلاب شیراز


تفاهمنامه همکاری دانشگاه شیراز و شرکت آب و فاضلاب شیراز منعقد شد.

به گزارش روابط‌عمومی دانشگاه شیراز، باهدف تقویت ارتباط دانشگاه شیراز و شرکت آب و فاضلاب شیراز و به‌منظور بهره‌گیری از توان علمی و تجربی و جلب همکاری و ارائه خدمات علمی، آموزشی، فنی، مطالعاتی و گسترش تحقیقات توسعه‌ای و کاربردی، تفاهم‌نامه‌ای میان معاونت پژوهشی و فناوری دانشگاه شیراز و شرکت آب و فاضلاب شیراز منعقد شد که طی نشستی مشترک، به‌میزبانی شرکت آب و فاضلاب شیراز، به امضای دکتر علی حفیظی، معاون پژوهش و فناوری دانشگاه و مهندس بهمن بهروزی، رئیس هیئت مدیره و مدیرعامل آبفا رسید.

ازجمله‌ی اهداف این تفاهمنامه می‌توان به: همکاری شرکت آبفا در زمینه‌ی انتقال داده‌ها و اطلاعات موردنیاز و تجارب فنی به دانشگاه؛ همکاری لازم ازسوی دانشگاه برای پیگیری ثبت اختراعات و حفظ حقوق مالکیت معنوی دستاوردهای اعلام شده از طرف شرکت آبفا، تأمین کلیه امکانات و تمهیدات مقتضی برای انجام فرآیند تجاری‌سازی از طریق برج شتاب‌دهی و راه‌اندازی خط تولید محصولات پس از ساخت و تست موفقیت‌آمیز نمونه آزمایشی در منطقه ویژه اقتصادی با هماهنگی دانشگاه و از طریق شرکت آبفا؛ بهره‌مندی و استفاده اعضای کارگروه تخصصی، مدیران ارشد و استادان و دانشجویان از پایگاه‌های علمی، آزمایشگاه‌ها، کتابخانه‌ها، مراکز رفاهی و آموزشی طرفین با توجه به قوانین موجود؛ استفاده از چالش‌های شرکت به‌عنوان موضوع تحقیق پایان‌نامه‌ها با حمایت مالی و آزمایشگاهی شرکت؛ برنامه‌ریزی لازم ازسوی شرکت برای انجام بازدیدهای علمی اساتید و دانشجویان از سامانه‌های آب و فاضلاب و نیز برگزاری همزمان استارت‌آپ در محل با هدف ایده‌پردازی و ارائه طرح‌های پژوهشی‌کاربردی با موضوع بررسی چالش‌های شرکت و دیگر اولویت‌های پژوهشی شرکت اشاره کرد.

در این تفاهمنامه که در ۶ ماده و به‌مدت دوسال منعقد گردیده است؛ طرفین در زمینه‌‌ی برگزاری کارگاه‌های آموزشی، دوره‌های کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت، همایش‌ها و نمایشگاه‌های مشترک در سطح ملی و بین‌المللی متعهد شدند. بهره‌گیری طرفین از امکانات آموزشی و پژوهشی موجود دوطرف، فراهم نمودن امکان حضور اساتید و دانشجویان در پروژه‌های شرکت آب و فاضلاب در قالب فرصت‌های مطالعاتی، کارآموزی و یا بازدیدهای علمی با حمایت‌های مالی در چارچوب قانون؛ راه‌اندازی دفتر تحقیق و توسعه مشترک برای پیگیری امور در دانشگاه شیراز و اعلام مستمر نیازهای آموزشی، پژوهشی و تحقیقاتی به دانشگاه از سوی شرکت آب و فاضلاب نیز برخی دیگر از تعهدات طرفین تفاهمنامه است.
