انتصاب دکتر مهدی محمدی به‌عنوان سرپرست معاونت دانشجویی دانشگاه شیراز

انتصاب دکتر مهدی محمدی به‌عنوان سرپرست معاونت دانشجویی دانشگاه شیراز


دکتر مهدی محمدی، سرپرست معاونت دانشجویی دانشگاه شیراز شد.

به‌گزارش روابط‌عمومی دانشگاه شیراز، طی حکمی ازسوی سرپرست دانشگاه شیراز، دکتر مهدی محمدی، به‌عنوان سرپرست معاونت دانشجویی دانشگاه منصوب شد.
در حکم دکتر علیرضا افشاری‌فر، خطاب به دکتر محمدی آمده است:

         «باتوجه به مراتب تعهد، شایستگی و تجربیات ارزنده جناب‌عالی، به استناد بند ب ماده 5 آیین نامه جامع مدیریت دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی، از تاریخ 1404/04/31 به‌عنوان سرپرست معاونت دانشجویی دانشگاه شیراز منصوب می‌شوید. امید است با بهره‌گیری از توانمندی مدیریتی خود، در راستای تحقق اهداف نظام مقدس جمهوری اسلامی ایران در جهت حفظ شأن و منزلت دانشجویان عزیز با ایجاد محیطی آرام و پر نشاط در انجام وظایف محوله موفق و مؤید باشید. برنامه‌های محوری مورد انتظار در این دوره به شرح زیر است:

  • توسعه و تجهیز فضاها، امکانات و زیرساخت های فرهنگی- رفاهی در کلیه خوابگاه های دانشجویی؛
  • تکریم دانشجویان عزیز و تلاش در جهت خدمت رسانی هرچه بهتر به آنان؛
  • توجه به آگاهی‌بخشی دانشجویان نسبت به حقوق و وظائف اجتماعی و حفظ شئونات اسلامی دانشجویی؛
  • ارائه خدمات رفاهی جنبی به دانشجویان به منظور کاهش هزینه‌های آنان از جمله بازارچه و...؛
  • توسعه فعالیت های مرکز مشاوره دانشگاه و تنوع بخشی به خدمات این مرکز در زمینه سلامت روان و سبک زندگی؛
  • تلاش برای ارائه خدمات بهداشتی درمانی به دانشجویان با استفاده از ظرفیت های بخش خصوصی؛
  • توجه به زیباسازی و آرامش‌بخشی خوابگاه‌های دانشجویی؛
  • توسعه امکانات ورزشی به‌ویژه در مجاورت خوابگاه‌های دانشجویی و زمینه‌سازی برای توسعه ورزش همگانی؛
  • تلاش برای جلب کمک‎‌های خیرین در راستای ارائه خدمات مطلوب‌تر به دانشجویان دانشگاه شیراز در حوزه مسائل رفاهی، فرهنگی و ورزشی؛
  • ایجاد سامانه تعامل خانواده و دانشگاه با هدف برقراری ارتباط دو طرفه با والدین دانشجویان؛
  • اهتمام در جهت کاهش نیروی انسانی و استفاده بهینه از فناوری‌های نوین حفاظتی؛
  • حفاظت از بیت‌المال در جهت بهره‌وری هرچه بیشتر امکانات موجود؛
  • اعمال سیاست‌های مؤثر در جهت تقویت نظم و انضباط اداری جهت کارگشایی سریع و دقیق امور دانشجویان؛
  • ایجاد فضای همدلی با هماهنگی هرچه بیشتر در بین کارکنان زحمتکش حوزه، معاونت دانشجویی».

گفتنی است، دکتر افشاری‌فر طی نامه‌ای جداگانه از تلاش‌ها و زحمات «دکتر علی اصغر چالمه»، معاون پیشین دانشجویی دانشگاه نیز قدردانی کرد.
