قابل توجه داوطلبان مصاحبه دکتری نیمه متمرکز سال تحصیلی 1405 

متن اطلاعیه (مطالعه این متن  برای اطلاع از چگونگی ثبت نام اینترنتی برای شرکت در مصاحبه و مدارک مورد نیاز الزامی می باشد./ تاریخ نشر اطلاعیه 1405/03/01 ) 

صرفا در صورت داشتن  ثبت نام اینترنتی، می توان برای مصاحبه شرکت کرد. 

تکمیل فرم صلاحیت عمومی مربوط به سازمان سنجش آموزش کشور می باشد و داوطلب برای حضور در مصاحبه علاوه بر انجام فرایند صلاحیت عمومی سازمان سنجش،  لازم است طبق اطلاعیه دانشگاه شیراز، ثبت نام اینترنتی را انجام دهد. 

راهنمای ثبت نام اینترنتی 

فرم مشخصات داوطلب  (تکمیل این فرم و بارگذاری در فرایند ثبت نام ضروری می باشد)

لینک ثبت نام اینترنتی ( تاریخ ثبت نام از 1405/03/09 تا 1405/03/14 می باشد. این تاریخ تا یک شنبه مورخ 1405/03/17 تمدید شد.  عدم ثبت نام در زمان مقرر به معنای انصراف و غیبت می باشد.)

- داوطلبانی که بر اساس کارنامه سازمان سنجش، در بیش از یک رشته، متقاضی مصاحبه می باشند یک بار پرداخت اینترنتی کافی می باشد اما لازم است  رشته هایی که در پایین صفحه ثبت نام، به آنها نشان داده می شود را، ثبت کنند. 

- داوطلبانی که قبلا برای استعداد درخشان دکتری سال 1405، ثبت نام کرده اند در صورتی که بر اساس کارنامه سازمان سنجش، تمایل به ثبت نام دارند، لازم است در زمان مقرر، مجددا وارد سامانه شده و ثبت نام خود را انجام دهند. در صورت عدم ثبت نام و انتخاب رشته های نیمه متمرکز(کنکور) امکان مصاحبه برای آنها فراهم نخواهد شد. عدم ثبت نام در هر رشته- گرایش، به معنای غیبت در مصاحبه می باشد.

پس از اتمام مهلت زمان ثبت نام، پرونده ها به دانشکده ها و بخش های مربوطه برای بررسی ارسال خواهدشد. تاریخ مصاحبه استعداد درخشان همزمان با مصاحبه آزمون نیمه متمرکز دکتری خواهد بود. 

 جدول زمانبندی سازمان سنجش آموزش کشور :  (تاریخ مصاحبه بر اساس جدول مذکور و تاریخ های تعیین شده از طرف بخش های مربوطه می‌باشد. هماهنگی لازم پس ازاتمام زمان ثبت نام اینترنتی از طرف بخش ها انجام  و با دانشجویان تماس گرفته خواهد شد.)
