نکات مهم :

- ثبت نام اینترنتی الزامی می باشد . در صورت عدم ثبت نام اینترنتی در سایت دانشگاه شیراز ، عدم پرداخت هزینه اینترنتی و عدم بارگذاری مدارک توسط متقاضیان ، امکان مصاحبه وجود نخواهد داشت. تاکید می گردد ثبت نام باید قبل از تاریخ مصاحبه انجام شود و پرونده متقاضیانی که بعد از تاریخ مصاحبه اقدام به ثبت نام نمایند و یا مراحل ثبت نام را کامل کنند،  غیر قابل بررسی می باشد. 

- مصاحبه متقاضیان دوره روزانه و پردیس خودگردان همزمان در بخش مربوطه انجام می شود. ساعت حضور در دانشکده ها از ساعت 8 صبح می باشد. 

-  فرم صلاحیت عمومی مربوط به سازمان سنجش آموزش کشور می باشد و تکمیل آن به معنی ثبت نام برای مصاحبه نیست. 

- متقاضیان باید تمام مستندات آموزشی و پژوهشی و فرم مشخصات داوطلب  را ( طبق متن اطلاعیه) در قالب یک فایل پی دی اف،  آماده و در سامانه ثبت نام ، پس از پرداخت هزینه،  بارگذاری نمایند. 

- مصاحبه ها به صورت حضوری می باشد ومتقاضیان پس از ثبت نام باید برای مصاحبه، طبق جدول زمانبندی به دانشکده ها مراجعه کنند. 

-مصاحبه متقاضیان ممتازین هم زمان با مصاحبه نیمه متمرکز دکتری (کنکور) می باشد.

- متقاضیانی که طبق کارنامه سازمان سنجش خود، در یک رشته - گرایش در دوره روزانه و پردیس ، برای مصاحبه به دانشگاه معرفی شده اند نیاز به دو مرتبه ثبت نام ندارند و کافی است در ثبت نام اولیه خود،  جمله " متقاضی شرکت در مصاحبه پردیس می باشم " را تایید نمایند.
