اطلاعیه ثبت نام موقت معرفی شدگان از طریق آیین نامه استعداد درخشان (بدون آزمون) در مقطع کارشناسی ارشد در سال تحصیلی  1402-1403  دانشگاه شیراز

دانشجوی محترم

همانگونه که مستحضرید فرآیند تایید اسامی در سازمان سنجش آموزش کشور زمان بر خواهد بود و تا زمانی که تایید نهایی توسط سازمان انجام نشود و فرم صلاحیت عمومی تکمیل و ارسال نگردد دانشجو بودن شما محرز نخواهد شد.

دانشگاه شیراز برای رفع مشکلات دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری که از طریق آیین نامه پذیرش بدون آزمون پذیرفته شده اند، اقدام به صدور کارت دانشجویی موقت جهت دسترسی به سامانه تغذیه، ورود و خروج به مجموعه دانشگاه و  اسکان خوابگاه نموده است. خواهشمند است ضمن تکمیل تعهد نامه ذیل، فرایند ثبت نام را تکمیل کرده تا کارت موقت دانشجویی صادر گردد.

لازم به ذکر است ثبت نام موقت به معنای دانشجو بودن نخواهد بود و چنانچه به تایید نهایی سازمان سنجش نرسد ثبت نام شما ملغی خواهد شد. دانشگاه شیراز تا قبل از دریافت کارت دانشجویی اصلی هیچگونه مسئولیتی در قبال دانشجو نخواهد داشت.

ثبت نام موقت: ثبت نام به صورت اینترنتی انجام خواهد شد:

این نوع ثبت نام از روز یکشنبه مورخ 9/7/1402 لغایت چهارشنبه 12/7/1402 ازطریق سایت دانشگاه شیراز به آدرس www.shirazu.ac.ir  انجام خواهد شد. لازم است برای ثبت نام اینترنتی، حتماً از قبل، اسکن مدارک مورد نیاز که در ذیل این اطلاعیه آمده است تهیه شده باشد (عکس ۴×۳  با رزولوشن ۳۰۰dpi و فرمت jpg و بقیه مدارک با رزولوشن ۱۵۰dpi و فرمت jpg).

توجه: حجم هریک از فایلهای بالا از KB  300 نباید بیشتر باشد.

ثبت نام اینترنتی شامل مراحل زیر است:

  1. مشاهده لینک ثبت نام موقت ممتازین (استعداد درخشان) در سایت دانشگاه شیراز و کلیک بر روی لینک ثبت نام

لینک ثبت‌نام: https://sess.shirazu.ac.ir/sess/script/spclogin.aspx

 

  1.  درج شماره داوطلبی، شماره شناسنامه وکد ملی و تایید آن (به جای شماره داوطلبی کدملی وارد شود)
  2. دریافت شناسه کاربری و رمز عبور و مشاهده لینک ورود به سیستم اتوماسیون آموزشی (sess.shirazu.ac.ir)
  3.  مشاهده سیستم اتوماسیون آموزشی دانشگاه شیراز و درج شماره کاربری و رمز عبور دریافتی در مرحله قبل
  4. تکمیل فرم و "ذخیره و ارسال" آن فرم
  5. بعد از تکمیل آخرین فرم (فرم استفاده از سیستم تغذیه)، لینک ورود به سامانه تغذیه در همین فرم قابل مشاهده است.
  6. دانشجویان می‌توانند در سامانه تغذیه نسبت به شارژ کارت موقت و رزرو غذا اقدام نمایند
  7. بعد از تکمیل مراحل فوق، جهت دریافت کارت موقت ورود به دانشگاه می‌توانند به مدیریت فرهنگی (روبروی استخر دانشگاه) – اداره صدور کارت مراجعه نمایند. دریافت غذا تنها با کارت موقت ورود انجام می‌پذیرد.
