مراحل ثبت نام ترم تابستانی1402 دانشگاه شیراز

(مختص دانشجویان سایر دانشگاه ها)

 

( لطفا قبل از ثبت نام متن اطلاعیه را بصورت کامل مطالعه نمایید)

دانشجویان سایر دانشگاهها

در سایت دانشگاه شیراز مراجعه به لینک زیر: 

http://sess.shirazu.ac.ir/sess/FGuest/GuestAdmission.aspx

 

  1. تکمیل فرم ثبت نام و آپلود فرم مهمان ( به صورت فرمت jpeg ) به انضمام عکس کارت ملی (رو و پشت)
  2. مشاهده لیست دروس ، برنامه کلاسی، روز و ساعت امتحان نهایی دروس در پیوست همین اطلاعیه
  3. پرداخت شهریه ثابت
  4. انتخاب دروس طبق فرم مهمان
  5. پرداخت شهریه متغیر
  6. تبدیل وضعیت مهمان به دانشجو و دریافت شماره دانشجویی
  7. ثبت نهایی دروس

 

تذکر: از دانشجویان گرامی درخواست می گردد تا زمانی که اطمینان از ثبت نام خود حاصل ننموده اند ، شهریه ثابت و متغیر را پرداخت ننمایند زیرا به هیچ وجه بعد از انتخاب واحد و ثبت نام وجه پرداختی مسترد نمی گردد.

 

نکات بسیار مهم :

  • دانشجویان گرامی قبل از مراجعه به سایت جهت انتخاب واحد حتما برنامه کلاسی در پیوست همین اطلاعیه را مشاهده نمایند و در انتخاب دروس ، ساعات کلاسی، روز و ساعت امتحان نهایی دقت کافی داشته باشند، زیرا وجه پرداختی(شهریه ثابت و متغیر) به هیچ گونه مسترد نمیگردد.

 

  1. انتخاب واحد دانشجویان سایر دانشگاه ها طبق فرم مهمان انجام شود و اصل فرم حداکثر تا تاریخ 19/4/1402 در سیستم آپلود گردد، در غیراینصورت کلیه عواقب آن متوجه دانشجو خواهد بود و دانشگاه شیراز هیچ گونه تعهدی در قبال ارسال نمرات این قبیل دانشجویان به دانشگاه مبدا ندارد و وجه پرداختی( شهریه ثابت و متغیر)  نیز مسترد نخواهد شد .
  2. دانشجویان متقاضی دروس تخصصی و پایه بایستی طبق شماره دروس که در پیوست اطلاعیه می باشد گروه مورد نظر خود را انتخاب نمایند.
  3. کلاسهایی که به حد نصاب نرسد شهریه طی مراحل اداری به دانشجو برگشت داده می شود.
  4. دانشجویان جهت اطلاع از همه موارد آموزشی نیاز است هر روز پیامهای اتوماسیون آموزشی را چک نمایند. مسئولیت عدم مشاهده موارد ارسال شده به عهده دانشجو می باشد.
  5. محل برگزاری کلاس ها در خیابان قصردشت – نبش قم آباد پردیس دانشگاه شیراز
