اطلاعیه مهمانی، تمدید مهمانی و انتقالی دانشجویان در نیمسال اول سال تحصیلی 1403-1404


اطلاعیه مهمانی، تمدید مهمانی و انتقالی دانشجویان در نیمسال اول سال تحصیلی 1403-1404

به اطلاع دانشجویان محترم می‌رساند جهت ثبت درخواست مهمانی، تمدید مهمانی و انتقالی خود برای نیمسال اول سال تحصیلی 1404-1403 از 20 فروردین لغایت 31 اردیبهشت ماه سال جاری به سامانه سجاد، به آدرس http://portal.saorg.ir مراجعه نمایند.

نکات مهم:

  • دانشجویان متقاضی باید نسبت به ثبت نام در سامانه سجاد و دریافت نام کاربری و رمز عبور از قسمت خدمات سازمان اقدام نمایند.
  • توصیه می شود دانشجویان قبل از ثبت درخواست خود نسبت به مطابقت دروس مبدأ و مقصد اقدام نمایند. بدیهی است مسئولیت مغایرت دروس ارائه شده و یا عدم ارائه برخی از دروس مصوب دانشگاه مبدأ در دانشگاه مقصد در نیمسال تحصیلی مورد نظر بر عهده شخص دانشجو می‌باشد.       
  • دانشجویان متقاضی تمدید مهمانی نیز باید نسبت به ثبت درخواست خود در سامانه مذکور اقدام نمایند. بدیهی است موافقت با تمدید مهمانی ایشان منوط به احراز شرایط مندرج در شیوه نامه اجرایی آیین نامه مهمان و انتقال در دانشگاه مبدأ و مقصد می‌باشد.

- قابل توجه متقاضیان مهمان و انتقال از دانشگاه شیراز به سایر دانشگاهها در نیمسال اول سال تحصیلی 1404-1403   

1- دانشجویان محترم بایستی ضمن ثبت درخواست خود در سامانه sess در قسمت درخواست های دانشجویی، گزینه درخواست مهمان شدن یا انتقالی در مقطع کارشناسی به دیگر دانشگاهها اقدام نموده و در گام یک فرآیند قسمت توضیحات کد رهگیری اخذ شده از سامانه سجاد را حتما درج نمایند.

2- حداکثر مدت مهمانی در دانشگاه مقصد چهار نیمسال تحصیلی است و این مدت در شرایط خاص بنا به درخواست دانشجو با توجه به وضعیت تحصیلی وی در طی دوره مهمانی و سایر ملاحظات با نظر کمیسیون موارد خاص دانشگاه قابل بررسی خواهد بود.

- قابل توجه متقاضیان مهمان و انتقال به دانشگاه شیراز از نیمسال اول سال تحصیلی 1404-1403

1-دانشگاه شیراز صرفاً درخواست های ثبت شده در سامانه سجاد را مورد بررسی قرار خواهد داد و از قبول هر گونه درخواست فیزیکی و یا خارج از بازه زمانی اقدام شده معذور است.

2-پذیرش دانشجو مهمان بر اساس شیوه نامه اجرایی آیین نامه مهمان و انتقال دانشگاه شیراز انجام میپذیرد.

2-با توجه به اینکه نتایج درخواست های مهمانی و انتقال سال تحصیلی 1404-1403 در زمان تعیین شده و از طریق سامانه سجاد و سایت دانشگاه شیراز اعلام خواهد شد لذا دانشگاه از پاسخگویی به صورت حضوری و ارسال نتایج به صورت فیزیکی معذور است.

خواهشمند است از مراجعه حضوری به سایر واحدهای دانشگاه جدا خوداری شود.
