برگزاری نخستین گردهمایی مسؤولان مراکز مشاوره دانشگاه‌های منطقه هفت کشور


نخستین گردهمایی مسؤولان مراکز مشاوره دانشگاه‌های منطقه هفت کشور در سال ۱۴۰۲ به‌میزبانی دانشگاه شیراز برگزار شد.

به‌گزارش روابط‌عمومی دانشگاه شیراز، نخستین گردهمایی مسؤولان مراکز مشاوره دانشگاه‌های منطقه هفت کشور در سال جاری باحضور مدیر کل دفتر مشاوره، سلامت و سبک زندگی سازمان امور دانشجویان، روز چهارشنبه سوم خردادماه، در دانشگاه شیراز برگزار شد.

 

دکتر ابراهیم نعیمی، مدیرکل دفتر مشاوره، سلامت و سبک زندگی سازمان امور دانشجویان در این مراسم به تشریح ضرورت برگزاری و دستور کار جلسه پرداخت و خواستار ارائه توضیحاتی درخصوص فعالیت‌های اخیر مراکز مشاوره دانشگاه‌های منطقه هفت و بیان مشکلات موجود شد.

پس از طرح مسائل موجود که عمدتاً در حوزه‌ی طرح‌های مداخلاتی و چالش‌های به کارگیری نیروهای موردنیاز مراکز بود، دکتر نعیمی به ارائه‌ی راه‌حل‌ها و راهکارهای موجود در این زمینه پرداخت.

وی از ابلاغ آیین‌نامه‌ی جدید تشکیل مرکز مشاوره و سبک زندگی اسلامی- ایرانی به دانشگاه‌ها خبر داد و اظهار داشت: در آیین‌نامه‌ی جدید نام مراکز به‌صورت یکسان در تمام دانشگاه‌ها به مرکز مشاوره و سبک زندگی تغییر خواهد یافت؛ همچنین ساختار سازمانی مراکز در سه سطح دانشگاه‌های بزرگ (بیش از 10هزار نفر دانشجو)، متوسط (بین 5تا 10هزار نفر دانشجو) و کوچک (کمتر از 5هزار نفر دانشجو) طراحی و پیشنهاد گردیده است که پس از طی تشریفات اداری، اجرایی خواهد شد.

مدیرکل دفتر مشاوره، سلامت و سبک زندگی سازمان امور دانشجویان گفت: به‌منظور تصویب برنامه‌ها و نظارت بر حسن اجرا و فعالیت‌های مراکز مشاوره، در هر دانشگاه، شورایی باعنوان شورای سلامت و سبک زندگی دانشجویان تشکیل خواهد شد.

وی با تأکید بر اهمیت عملیاتی‌شدن این آیین‌نامه‌ در تمام مراکز مشاوره گفت: دستگاه‌های نظارتی، روند اجرای این آیین‌نامه را از دانشگاه‌ها رصد و تا حصول نتیجه پیگیری خواهند کرد.

در پایان این گردهمایی نیز مقرر گردید تمام مراکز با توجه به راهکارهای مطرح شده برای مشکلات موجود، برنامه‌ریزی و هماهنگی‌های لازم را انجام دهند و گزارش اقدامات آتی خود را به اطلاع دفتر مشاوره و سلامت برسانند.
