نشست شورای صنفی کارکنان دانشگاه شیراز با رئیس دانشگاه


مجمع عمومی شورای صنفی کارکنان دانشگاه شیراز با حضور دکتر موذنی ،رئیس دانشگاه و دکتر رستم زاده ، معاون اداری مالی و جمعی از مدیران تشکیل شد.

در این نشست که بیش از 2 ساعت به طول انجامید؛ نمایندگان مجموعه های مختلف دانشگاه در شورای کارکنان، به بیان دیدگاه های خود پرداختند.

برقراری حق فوق العاده بهره وری کارکنان ، برقراری و بازنگری فوق العاده حق سختی کار کارکنان ، برقراری حق فوق العاده فنی ،  پرداخت رفاهیات و مزایا در مناسبت‌های ملی و مذهبی ، بررسی و پیگیری مسکن ملی کارکنان ، تشکیل کارگروه تعلق سازمانی کارکنان، عضویت یک نماینده از کارکنان دانشگاه شیراز در هیات امنای دانشگاه و کسر بیمه تامین اجتماعی برای اضافه کار کارکنان بخصوص در ۵ سال آخر سنوات خدمت ؛ از مهمترین درخواست های مطرح شده توسط کارکنان در این جلسه بود.

دکتر محمد موذنی ، رئیس دانشگاه شیراز هم در مجمع عمومی شورای صنفی کارکنان این دانشگاه گفت: دانشگاه شیراز در زمینه های مختلف سرآمد است و تلاش می کنیم که در حوزه رفاهی هم سرآمد سایر دانشگاه ها باشد.

وی ، برای مطالبات و درخواست های به حق کارمندان دانشگاه قول پیگیری داد و تصریح کرد : همه باید دست به دست هم بدهیم تا مسائل و مشکلات حل شود.

دکتر رستم زاده ، معاون اداری مالی دانشگاه شیراز هم به بیان گوشه ای از فعالیت ها و اقدامات صورت گرفته در این معاونت پرداخت و گفت : با توجه به محدودیت های بودجه؛ تلاش زیادی صورت گرفته که درآمدهای اختصاصی دانشگاه افزایش یابد.
