بازدید معاون دفتر سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی امور پژوهشی وزارت علوم از موزه‌های دانشگاه شیراز


معاون دفتر سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی امور پژوهشی وزارت علوم طی سفر به شیراز، از موزه‌های دانشگاه شیراز بازدید کرد.

به‌گزارش روابط‌عمومی دانشگاه شیراز، در سفر دکتر مرتضی یوسف‌زادی، معاون دفتر سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی امور پژوهشی وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری و هیئت‌همراه به شیراز، نشست رؤسای موزه‌های دانشگاه شیراز با این مقام مسؤول در کتابخانه مرکزی و مرکز اسناد برگزار و از موزه‌های دانشگاه بازدید شد.

معاون دفتر سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی امور پژوهشی وزارت علوم در نشست خود با مسؤولان موزه‌های وابسته به دانشگاه شیراز که به‌منظور همفکری و تبادل‌نظر درخصوص تدوین اساسنامه موزه‌های دانشگاهی ترتریب یافت، بیان کرد: موزه‌های دانشگاهی سرمایه‌های مادی و معنوی برای دانشگاه‌ها هستند و نقش مؤثری در امر آموزش و پژوهش ایفا می‌کنند.

دکتر یوسف‌زادی اظهار کرد: تأسیس موزه‌های دانشگاهی در یک نظام و ساختار تعیین شده اتقاق نیفتاده و در تلاشیم اساسنامه‌ای جامع برای موزه‌ها تنظیم شود و به همین منظور قبل از انجام کار برای آشنایی بیشتر با موزه‌های دانشگاهی مطالعات میدانی انجام می‌دهیم.

در ادامه‌ی این نشست، رؤسای موزه‌های دانشگاه: موزه‌ی تاریخ طبیعی و تکنولوژی، باغ‌موزه نارنجستان قوام، باغ گیاه‌شناسی ارم و هرباریوم بخش زیست‌شناسی به بیان نقطه‌نظرات و چالش‌های موجود پرداختند که از آن جمله می‌توان به وحدت رویه در اداره موزه‌ها و  نقاط قوت و ضعف  قرار گرفتن موزه‌ها ذیل معاونت پژوهشی دانشگاه‌ها، تعیین نسبت موزه‌های دانشگاهی با میراث فرهنگی، سازوکارهای پیوستن به انجمن بین‌المللی موزه‌ها (ایکوم)،  لزوم  عضویت در کمیته بین‌المللی موزه‌ها (یومک) به‌دلیل ضرورت اعطای کد یکتای بین‌المللی به پژوهش‌هایی که از نمونه‌های موزه‌ها در تحقیقات خود استفاده می‌کنند، بررسی چگونگی دسترسی و استفاده از موزه‌های شخصی نظیر هرباریوم که حاصل سال‌ها زحمت پژوهشگر است و تعیین تکلیف منابع مالی و اعتبارات موزه‌ها (درآمد اختصاصی، اعتبارات جاری، عمرانی و غیره) اشاره کرد.

پس از بحث و تبادل‌نظر ازسوی حاضران و ارائه پیشنهادات در تنظیم اساسنامه، دکتر فرزانه عفیفیان، رئیس کتابخانه مرکزی و مرکز اسناد دانشگاه شیراز به جمع‌بندی مباحث مطرح‌شده پرداخت و به دسته‌بندی موزه‌های دانشگاهی با توجه به ماهیت موزه‌ها و نوع اقلام و اشیاء موجود و توجه به این تفاوت در تنظیم اساسنامه، سطح‌بندی موزه‌ها در هر گروه  مبتنی بر شاخص و تنظیم پیوست (‌هایی) بر همین اساس اشاره کرد.

پس از نشست یادشده بازدید میدانی معاون دفتر سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی امور پژوهشی وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری و هیئت‌همراه از مجموعه موزه و اسناد کتابخانه، موزه تاریخ طبیعی و تکنولوژی، باغ‌موزه نارنجستان قوام، باغ گیاه‌شناسی ارم و هرباریوم انجام شد.
