انعقاد تفاهم‌نامه همکاری دانشگاه شیراز و شرکت فراسان


تفاهم‌نامه همکاری دانشگاه شیراز و شرکت فراسان در راستای افزایش همکاری‌های دانشگاه با صنعت منعقد شد.

به‌گزارش روابط‌عمومی دانشگاه شیراز، طی مراسمی که با حضور رئیس دانشگاه شیراز، معاون پژوهشی و جمعی از مدیران این حوزه با مدیرعامل و اعضای شرکت فراسان در سالن کنفرانس ساختمان مدیریت دانشگاه شیراز برگزار شد؛ تفاهم‌نامه همکاری دانشگاه شیراز و شرکت فراسان باهدف استفاده بهینه از امکانات، استعداد و توانایی‌های دانشگاه شیراز در زمینه‌ی رفع نیازهای پژوهشی، تحقیقاتی و آموزشی شرکت فراسان و شرکت‌های تابعه منعقد و مبادله شد.

دکتر حسین محمدی، مدیر سرمایه‌گذاری و بازاریابی پژوهشی دانشگاه شیراز در حاشیه این مراسم توضیح داد: تهیه و امضای تفاهم‌نامه همکاری نظام‌یافته بین دانشگاه شیراز و شرکت فراسان و شرکت‌های تابعه، با پیگیری مدیریت سرمایه گذاری و بازاریابی پژوهشی بوده است تا ظرفیت استفاده از اعتبار مالیاتی در پژوهش و ایجاد زیرساخت فراهم شود.

وی افزود: از دیگر اهداف انعقاد این تفاهم‌نامه بهره‌مندی حداکثری از قوانین مالیاتی و اجرایی‌کردن مفاد متنوع قانون جهش تولید دانش‌بنیان (به‌ویژه ماده 11و 13)، همکاری برای ایجاد مراکز تحقیقاتی مشترک، همکاری در انجام فرصت مطالعاتی استادان در صنعت، حمایت از ایده‌های فناورانه و تجاری، بهره‌گیری از خدمات آزمایشگاهی طرفین، تقویت و تجهیز آزمایشگاه‌ها با توافق و ارائه گواهی برای آزمایش‌های شرکت در چارچوب قانون، همکاری برای امکان‌سنجی، تعریف و تدوین راهکارهای استراتژیک تولید ابزارهای مختلف موردنیاز شرکت در زمینه‌های فرایندی، فنی و صنعتی و زیرمجموعه‌های مختلف، مشارکت شرکت در بورسیه صنعتی دانشجویان دانشگاه مطابق نیازها و اولویت‌های شرکت و تعریف رشته‌های جدید مانند فراوری سنگ‌های تزئینی و مهندسی صنعتی با حمایت صنایع و سازمان‌های مرتبط بوده است.

گفتنی است، این تفاهم‌نامه که به‌مدت پنج‌سال و در ۱۱ ماده و ۳ تبصره منعقد شده است به امضای دکتر محمد مؤذنی، رئیس دانشگاه شیراز و دکتر محمدرضا ظهیرامامی، مدیرعامل شرکت فراسان رسید.
