انتصاب دکتر هادیان، به‌ مدیریت تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه


دکتر افشاری‌فر، معاون آموزشی و تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه در حکمی، دکتر ابراهیم هادیان، عضو هیات علمی بخش اقتصاد دانشکده اقتصاد، مدیریت و علوم اجتماعی را به‌عنوان مدیر تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه منصوب و از زحمات دکتر محمدرضا طلایی، مدیر سابق تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه قدردانی کرد.

در این حکم خطاب به دکتر هادیان آمده است:

امید است با یاری خداوند متعال و همکاری اعضای محترم هیأت علمی دانشگاه و کارکنان گرامی آن واحد، در راستای حفظ نظم و افزایش کیفیت فعالیت‌های آموزشی دانشگاه، با عنایت به برنامه‌های مدنظر زیر، وظایف محوله را به نحو احسن انجام دهید:

  1. پیگیری و توجه جدی به هدفمند نمودن توسعه‌ی دوره‌های بین‌رشته‌ای و نوگشایی رشته‌های جدید؛
  2. اتخاذ سیاست‌های مناسب به‌منظور ارتقای کیفی و هدایت پایان‌نامه‌های کارشناسی ارشد و رساله‌های دکتری در راستای نیازهای جامعه؛
  3. برنامه‌ریزی و اهتمام جدی در نظارت بر فرآیند ارائه‌ی به‌موقع طرح تحقیق، انجام مراحل طرح طبق برنامه‌ی ‌زمان‌بندی شده و تطبیق مفاد آن با کارهای انجام شده، قبل از صدور مجوز دفاع؛
  4. نظارت و پیگیری جهت اصلاح و ارتقاء فرایندهای مربوط به تحصیلات تکمیلی در اتوماسیون آموزشی و تعریف فرایندهای جدید جهت تسهیل در امور مربوط به دانشجویان دوره های تحصیلات تکمیلی؛
  5. برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت به‌منظور توزیع عادلانه و متوازن دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی بین همکاران محترم؛
  6. نظارت جدی بر همه‌ی مراحل آزمون‌ها و پذیرش دانشجویان ممتاز دکتری و کارشناسی ارشد؛
  7. توجه جدی و دقیق بر اعلام ظرفیت‌های کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری و ورود به‌موقع اطلاعات مربوطه در پورتال سازمان سنجش؛
  8. پیگیری و نظارت جدی بر حسن اجرای آیین‌نامه‌ها و مصوبات شورای تحصیلات تکمیلی در دانشگاه، دانشکده‌ها و بخش‌ها با همکاری معاونین محترم آموزشی و تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشکده‌ها؛
  9. تقویت ارتباط دانشجویان با اعضای کمیته‌ی پایان‌نامه، به‌ویژه اساتید راهنما به‌منظور آگاهی از مسائل و مشکلات دانشجو؛
  10. برنامه‌ریزی برای فراغت از تحصیل دانشجویان در طول دوره‌های مصوب و جلوگیری از سنواتی‌شدن دانشجویان.
