پیرو شیوه‌نامه‌ی آموزشی سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 دانشگاه شیراز و با توجه به ادامهی آموزش الکترونیکی در نیمسال دوم سال تحصیلی 1400-1399، شیوه‌نامه‌ی زیر با هدف افزایش کیفیت آموزش‌های الکترونیکی در پیوند با دیگر شیوه‌نامه‌ها و مقررات آموزشی، جهت آگاهی کلیه دانشجویان ابلاغ می گردد:
- تاریخ شروع و پایان کلاس‌ها و همچنین بازه‌ی امتحانات، بر اساس تقویم آموزشی نیمسال دوم سال تحصیلی1400-1399 خواهد بود.
- کلیه‌ی دروس نظری و در صورت امکان دروس عملی(بر اساس نظر بخش مربوط)، به صورت الکترونیکی ارائه خواهد گردید.
- برگزاری کلاسهای دروس عملی و کارگاهی و بخش عملی دروس عملی-نظری که با تأیید شورای بخش، امکان اجرای الکترونیکی ندارند، منوط به ارائه‌ی شیوه‌نامه‌ی اجرایی از طرف بخش و رعایت شیوهنامه های بهداشتی، خواهد بود.
- حضور در آزمون پایانی نیمسال، با هر درصدی از نمرهی کل، الزامی و شرط لازم برای ثبت نمرات درس توسط استاد است.
- توصیه مؤکد می گردد که دانشجویان جهت یادداشت برداری در طول کلاس و ذخیرهسازی فایل‌های کلاسی، به محض بارگذاری در سامانه، حساسیت و دقت لازم را داشته باشید.
- مرکز فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات از تمامی اطلاعات به چند روش و در چند محل نسخه‌ی پشتیبان تهیه می‌کند. با این حال، با درنظر داشتن اتفاقات غیرقابل پیش‌بینی و خارج از کنترل، توصیه می‌شود، از تمامی اطلاعات مرتبط با دروس، حتماً یک نسخه‌ی پشتیبان شخصی تهیه گردد.
- حضور مستمر دانشجویان در کلاسهای درس الزامی است و غیبت بیش از حد مجاز، مشمول اعمال مقررات آموزشی خواهد گردید.
- شرایط حذف نهایی و اضطراری برای دانشجویان کلیه‌ی مقاطع، طبق مقررات آموزشی دانشگاه خواهد بود. آیین نامه های آموزشی دانشگاه در مقاطع کارشناسی و تحصیلات تکمیلی به ترتیب از طریق لینک های زیر قابل دستیابی خواهد بود.

- سقف تعداد دروس نظری قابل ارائه در مقطع کارشناسی و دکتری عمومی دامپزشکی از طریق «معرفی به استاد»، طبق مقررات آموزشی تا دو درس خواهد بود. شرایط دروس مشمول ارائه بهصورت معرفی به استاد، همچنان به روال قبل و مطابق مقررات آموزشی دانشگاه میباشد.
- دانشجویان دوره‌های آموزش الکترونیـکی، با توجه به ماهیت این دوره‌ها، به غیر از نحوهی برگزاری آزمون میان ترم و پایان ترم، تابع مقررات قبلی خود خواهند بود.
- اجرای سایر موارد آموزشی اعلام نشده در این شیو نامه، مطابق مقررات آموزشی دانشگاه خواهد بود.
