برگزاری اولین نشست آنلاین آشنایی و توانمندسازی مدیران نظارت، ارزیابی و تضمین کیفیت


اولین نشست آنلاین آشنایی و توانمندسازی مدیران نظارت، ارزیابی و تضمین کیفیت استانی ویژه‌ی مدیران دفاتر و گروه‌های نظارت، ارزیابی و تضمین کیفیت دانشگاه‌ها، مؤسسات و مراکز آموزش عالی، با حضور دکتر نادگران رئیس هیأت ناتک استان فارس و دکتر سلیمی دبیر هیأت ناتک استان فارس با محوریت بررسی آیین‌نامه‌های موجود برای بهبود کیفیت در حوزه‌های آموزشی، پژوهشی، فرهنگی ، دانشجویی و اداری مالی و... به‌مدت 2 ساعت، به‌صورت مجازی برگزار شد.

در ابتدای این جلسه دکتر نادگران، پیرامون حوزه‌ی نظارت، ارزیابی و تضمین کیفیت و نقش راهبردهای آن در توسعه‌ی دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی سخن گفت.

رئیس دانشگاه شیراز گفت: در بحث نظارت و ارزیابی و القای این دو واژه در بین کارکنان می‌بایست، به گونه‌ای فرهنگ‌سازی شود که نظارت و ارزیابی به‌معنی مچ‌گیری نباشد؛ بلکه نظارت، ناظر بر فعالیت‌های جاری و مرتفع‌نمودن مسائل و مشکلات ایجادشده در هر مؤسسه باشد و  ارزیابی هم ناظر به بررسی عملکرد و منطبق با سند راهبردی و برنامه‌ی عملیاتی هر دانشگاه و مؤسسه‌ی آموزش عالی باشد.

ایشان در ادامه افزود: با هم‌افزایی، همدلی و ایجاد وحدت‌رویه بین مدیران نظارت و ارزیابی و تضمین کیفیت با مدیریت دانشگاه منتخب در بحث کیفی‌سازی می‌بایست گام‌های مؤثری برداشته شود.

همچنین وی با تبیین نقش نظارتی هیأت ناتک برای تحقق اهداف آموزش عالی، علوم و تحقیقات مطالبی بیان کرد.

در ادامه، دکتر سلیمی دبیر هیأت ناتک استان فارس گفت: کیفیت‌سنجی و ارائه‌ی برنامه‌های بهبود کیفیت برای تمام مراکز و مؤسسات آموزش عالی استان از ضروریات است . ظرفیت‌های زیادی در آیین‌نامه‌ی شورای نظارت دیده شده است.

همچنین او با بررسی موضع چگونگی تشکیل شورای نظارت و ارزیابی و به رسمیت‌شناختن جلسات و وظایف و اختیارات شورا در حوزه‌های مختلف پژوهشی و فناوری، مؤسسات آموزش عالی و ... به بیان نکاتی در این خصوص پرداخت.

وی گفت: مدیر نظارت و ارزیابی، با تشکیل کارگروه‌های تخصصی در حوزه‌های آموزشی، پژوهشی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی و دانشجویی می‌تواند با ارائه‌ی پیشنهادهای کاربردی به‌عنوان مدیریت تصمیم‌ساز در حوزه‌های مختلف و شفاف‌سازی فرآیندها و تصمیم‌گیری برای ارتقای پیشرفت اعتلای نظام علم و فناوری نقش‌آفرینی کند.

در پایان، اعضای جلسهپیرامون  مسئولیت‌های حوزه‌ی نظارت و نقش و جایگاه آن در مراکز آموزش عالی بحث و تبادل‌نظر کردند
