Duties and authorities of the head of the office of the president
Establishing administrative communication between the university administration and the relevant units, both oral and written, and following them.
Receiving, controlling and registering letters from different units of the university and provincial administrations. It is mandatory that the letters are viewed by the president of the university and returned to the relevant units after having been endorsed by the university president.
Ensuring timely response to the correspondence to the chancellor's office. Preparing drafts for, registering and sending letters, circulars and invitations. Communicating the orders of the University President to individuals, institutions and affiliated units.
Carrying out the administrative affairs of the Board of Trustees, the University Council, the Board of Directors and various related commissions and communicating their approvals to the relevant units.
Carrying out the communications of the Board of Trustees, preparing agenda, and compiling and writing down the approvals of the board.
Following and executing the orders of the president of the university.
Setting work schedules and appointments for the president of the university
Inviting people to convene meetings and commissions
Preparing the minutes of the meetings of the presidency and notifying them to the relevant units and following up the approvals of the mentioned meetings
Registration and sending confidential letters to different managements and units of the university and various organs and their archives
Performing other tasks assigned by the president of the university
Setting work schedules and arranging meetings of the president of the university
Inviting people to convene meetings and commissions
Preparing the minutes of the meetings of the presidency and notifying them to the relevant units and following up the approvals of the mentioned meetings.
Registering and sending confidential letters to different administrators and units of the university and various organs and archiving/recording them.
Performing other tasks assigned by the president of the university
