اطلاعیه تکمیلی ثبت نام ترم تابستانی 1403 دانشگاه شیراز


مراحل ثبت نام ترم تابستان 1403 دانشگاه شیراز

دانشجوی عزیز: لطفا قبل از ثبت نام متن اطلاعیه را بصورت کامل مطالعه نمایید و طبق دستورالعمل داده شده ثبت نام خود را کامل نمائید.

الف: دانشجویان دانشگاه شیراز :

  1. ورود به سیستم اتوماسیون آموزشی دانشگاه
  2. مراجعه به قسمت امور آموزشی
  3. ثبت نام نیمسال تابستانی 1403
  4. مشاهده لیست دروس ، برنامه کلاسی، روز و ساعت امتحان نهایی. لطفا دروس ارائه شده  در پیوست همین اطلاعیه را مشاهده نمائید.
  5. انتخاب دروس
  6. پرداخت شهریه:  دانشجویان دانشگاه شیراز،   جهت پرداخت شهریه ترم تابستانی پس از انجام مراحل بالا قسمت فرم های ثبت نام ، ترم تابستانی را انتخاب نموده و پرداخت را انجام دهید . لطفا به هیچ عنوان از قسمت لینک پرداخت شهریه اینترنتی اقدام ننمایند.
  7. ثبت نهایی دروس

تذکر: از دانشجویان گرامی درخواست می گردد تا زمانی که اطمینان از ثبت نام خود حاصل ننموده اند ، شهریه را پرداخت ننمایند زیرا به هیچ وجه بعد از انتخاب واحد و ثبت نام وجه پرداختی مسترد نمی گردد.

فقط دانشجویان مهندسی بخش های مکانیک ، برق ، عمران ، کامپیوتر و مواد دانشگاه شیراز که متقاضی دروس پایه و تخصصی می باشند، بایستی فرم مخصوص بخش که در پیوست اطلاعیه می باشد، تکمیل و پس از ثبت نهایی به پردیس تحویل دهند در غیر اینصورت مسئولیت  انتخاب واحد به عهده خود دانشجو می باشد. شایان ذکر است این فرم برای دروس عمومی نیاز نمی باشد.

ب: دانشجویان سایر دانشگاهها:

  1. تکمیل فرم ثبت نام و آپلود فرم مهمان ( به صورت فرمت jpeg ) به انضمام عکس کارت ملی (رو و پشت)
  2. مشاهده لیست دروس ، برنامه کلاسی، روز و ساعت امتحان نهایی. لطفا دروس ارائه شده  در پیوست همین اطلاعیه را مشاهده نمائید.
  3. انتخاب دروس طبق فرم مهمان
  4. پرداخت شهریه
  5. ثبت نهایی دروس
  6. تبدیل وضعیت مهمان به دانشجو و دریافت شماره دانشجویی

نکات بسیار مهم :

  • دانشجویان گرامی قبل از مراجعه به سایت جهت انتخاب واحد حتما برنامه کلاسی در پیوست همین اطلاعیه را مشاهده نمایند و در انتخاب دروس ، ساعات کلاسی، روز و ساعت امتحان نهایی دقت کافی داشته باشند تا کلاس های دروس انتخابی برخورد ساعتی و برخورد ساعت آزمون نهائی نداشته باشد در غیر اینصورت وجه پرداختی(شهریه) به هیچ گونه مسترد نمی گردد.
  1. انتخاب واحد دانشجویان سایر دانشگاه ها طبق فرم مهمان انجام شود و اصل فرم حداکثر تا تاریخ 20 تیرماه 1403 در سیستم آپلود گردد، در غیراینصورت کلیه عواقب آن متوجه دانشجو خواهد بود و دانشگاه شیراز هیچ گونه تعهدی در قبال ارسال نمرات این قبیل دانشجویان به دانشگاه مبدا ندارد و وجه پرداختی( شهریه) نیز مسترد نخواهد شد
  2. دانشجویان گرامی توجه نمایید هنگام ثبت نام، اسم دانشگاه خود را بصورت کاملا دقیق و درست درج نمایید. لازم به ذکر است نمرات نهائی ترم تابستانی  بر اساس اطلاعات ثبت شده توسط دانشجو به دانشگاه مبدا ارسال می گردد. در صورت عدم مشاهده اسم دانشگاه در لیست دانشگاه‌های موجود، گزینه سایر را انتخاب نمایید و اسم دانشگاه خود را در محل مستطیل ارائه شده مربوط ثبت نمایید.
  3. کلاسهایی که به حد نصاب نرسد، حذف می گردد و  شهریه پرداختی طی مراحل اداری به دانشجو برگشت داده می شود.
  4. دانشجویان جهت اطلاع از همه موارد آموزشی نیاز است هر روز پیامهای اتوماسیون آموزشی را چک نمایند. مسئولیت عدم مشاهده موارد ارسال شده به عهده دانشجو می باشد.
