Two Shiraz University Graduates Receive the Alborz 2023 Award


Two Shiraz University graduates are among the recipients of the 2023 Alborz Award.

As reported by the University Public Relations liaison, Dr. Ali Safaei, PhD holder in Petroleum Engineering, and Dr. Hasan Mozafari, PhD holder in Soil Resource Management, are the Shiraz University graduates who received the Alborz Award during a ceremony that marked the 61st anniversary of the foundation of Alborz Cultural Foundation, held in the IRIB Convention Center in Tehran.

It is notable that Shiraz University boasts a high record of Alborz Award recipients. Previously, Dr. Reza Haghbakhsh (in the 55th ceremony), Dr. Hossein Mahimi and Dr. Hamed Alizadeh (in the 56th ceremony), Dr. Seyed Habib Firoozabadi (in the 58th ceremony), and Dr. Mahdi Razavifar (in the 59th ceremony), had received the Alborz Award.
