آیین گشایش هجدهمین همایش ملی نجوم و اخترفیزیک در دانشگاه شیراز


هجدهمین دورۀ همایش ملی نجوم و اخترفیزیک به میزبانی دانشگاه شیراز آغاز به کار کرد.

به‌گزارش روابط‌عمومی دانشگاه شیراز، همایش ملی نجوم و اخترفیزیک، صبح سه‌شنبه ۱۶بهمن‌ماه، با حضور جمعی از مسؤولان و متخصصان حوزۀ نجوم کشور در تالار فجر دانشگاه شیراز گشایش یافت.

دکتر غلامحسین بردبار، دبیر علمی این همایش در آغاز این برنامه ضمن ارائه گزارشی از اقدامات صورت‌گرفته، خبر داد:  در هجدهمین دورۀ همایش ملی نجوم و اخترفیزیک ۷۰ مقاله به کمیتۀ علمی کنفرانس رسیده است که از این تعداد، ۲۷ مقاله برای سخنرانی و ۱۹ مقاله در قالب پوستر ارائه خواهد شد.

وی از برگزاری «نمایشگاه کارآفرینان حوزه نجوم کشور»، «آیین بزرگداشت و اعطای نخستین جایزه علمی قطب‌الدین شیرازی» و کارگاه آموزشی «طیف‌سنجی نجومی» در این دور از همایش خبر داد و ضمن دعوت از عموم برای شرکت در این برنامه‌ها گفت: در این همایش سه‌روزه میزبان مهمانانی از کشور ارمنستان و سخنرانان برخطی از سراسر کشور و خارج از کشور هستیم که به غنای این رویداد کمک می‌کنند و فرصت مغتنی است برای متخصصان این حوزه تا دستاورد‌های خود را به اشتراک بگذارند.

فراخوان دومین جایزه و بورس تحصیلی امید

همزمان با افتتاحیۀ همایش ملی نجوم و اخترفیزیک، فراخوان دومین جایزه و بورس تحصیلی امید نیز اعلام شد.

در آیینی با حضور دکتر حبیب شریف (رئیس بنیاد نخبگان فارس و مدیرعامل خیران نخبه‌پرور فارس)، دکتر یوسف ثبوتی (چهره ماندگار فیزیک) و دکتر سیدمحمد زبرجد (رئیس دانشکده علوم دانشگاه شیراز) از دومین جایزه و بورس تحصیلی امید رونمایی شد.

به‌گفته‌ی دبیر خیران نخبه‌پرور فارس جایزه امید، با هدف تشویق و جذب علاقه‌مندان به تحصیل در حوزه‌های مختلف علم نجوم، شامل اخترفیزیک و کیهان‌شناسی، ازسوی این مجمع تعریف شده است.

دکتر شریف گفت: این جایزه در قالب بورس تحصیلی به دانشجویان منتخب در کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری در گرایش‌های نجوم و اخترفیزیک یا گرانش و کیهان‌شناسی دانشگاه شیراز ارائه خواهد شد.

رئیس بنیاد نخبگان فارس با بیان اینکه دانشگاه شیراز با داشتن رصدخانه پژوهشی ابوریحان بیرونی، از پیشرو‌ترین دانشگاه‌های کشور در رشد و توسعه‌ی حوزه‌ی نجوم و کیهان‌شناسی نظری و رصدی است، اظهار کرد: این دانشگاه سالانه علاقه‌مندان زیادی را در حوزه نجوم و اخترفیزیک به خود جذب می‌کند.

وی گفت: دانشجویان علاقه‌مند می‌توانند از طریق وبگاه مجمع خیرین نخبه‌پرور فارس به نشانی http://shiraz-feca.ir  با شرایط این بورس تحصیلی آشنا شده و نسبت به ثبت نام و تکمیل مدارک خود اقدام نمایند.

گفتنی است؛ نمایشگاه کارآفرینان حوزه نجوم کشور از ۱۶ تا ۱۸ بهمن‌ماه، از ساعت ۹ تا ۱۸، در سالن ۱۵ خرداد دانشگاه شیراز (واقع در پردیس ارم، جنب تالار فجر دانشگاه) برپا خواهد بود و میزبان عموم علاقه‌مندان است.
