According to the Public Relations Office of Shiraz University, during the visit of Dr. Abdolhossein Kalantari, Deputy Minister of Cultural Affairs at the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, the university's store named "Aram Gallery" was established. The store features over a thousand products created by the artistic efforts of Shiraz University students.
Dr. Hamid Taghavi, Director of Public Relations at Shiraz University, explained that this store was established by the Public Relations Office in collaboration with the Cultural and Social Deputy of the university. It aims to implement a comprehensive identity plan for Shiraz University, focusing on creating and expanding the university's brand through artistic and practical products that incorporate the university's motifs, images, and logo.
The Cultural Deputy of Shiraz University mentioned that the university store is part of a student business ecosystem. In this ecosystem, artistic and handicraft products created by Shiraz University students undergo training and skill development, eventually being produced in a designated hub. Following production, these items are marketed through the ecosystem's sales hub, including the university store and online platforms, as well as exhibitions at provincial and national levels.
He added that one of the goals of opening Aram Gallery is to enhance self-confidence and entrepreneurship among university members, emphasizing the development of student businesses and employment opportunities. The store offers high-quality products branded with the name, logo, and images of Shiraz University.
Dr. Taghavi reported that over a thousand student products have been submitted to the Shiraz University store during the call for submissions, and this number is expected to increase.
Notably, Aram Gallery is located at the intersection of Boulevard Eram and Alley 5 in Shiraz.
