پژوهش حاضر با هدف آسیب شناسی پژوهش های دانشگاهی در حوزه های علوم انسانی و الهیات و معارف اسلامی انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف آسیب شناسی پژوهش های دانشگاهی در حوزه های علوم انسانی و الهیات و معارف اسلامی انجام شد. 
چکیده هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف آسیب شناسی پژوهشهای دانشگاهی در حوزه های علوم انسانی و الهیات و معارف اسلامی انجام شد. روش: بر اساس هدف پژوهش، کاربردی و شیوه گردآوری داده ها، آمیخته تشریحی بود. جامعه آماری، تمامی دانشجویان سال آخر تحصیلات تکمیلی و اساتید راهنما بودند. حجم نمونه برای دانشجویان، 105 نفر به شیوه تصادفی طبقه ای و برای اساتید، 39 نفر به شیوه هدفمند بود. داده ها با پرسشنامه 31 گویه ای محقق ساخته و ضریب پایایی 0/87 برای دانشجویان و 0/79 برای اساتید، جمع آوری شدند. در مرحله مصاحبه های هدایت شده، پایایی با روش بازآزمایی مقدار 0/78 محاسبه شد. یافته ها: دانشجویان و اساتید راهنما بیشترین آسیب های مرحله برنامه ریزی را در عامل انتخاب موضوع، مرحله اجرا را در سه عامل کپی برداری های پژوهشی، عدم توجه به جدول زمان بندی تحقیق و عدم برقراری تعامل صحیح بین دانشجو و استاد راهنما، مرحله تدوین نتایج را به ارتباط دادن نتایج پژوهشی به اهداف و مسئله تحقیق و مرحله دفاع را مربوط به آگاهی نداشتن دانشجویان از معیارهای ارزیابی پایان نامه ها و سلیقه ای بودن این معیارها و شرایط و جوّ حاکم بر دانشگاه دانسته اند. نتیجه گیری: تمامی عوامل شناسایی شده بر شیوه هدایت پایان نامه ها تأثیرگذارند و عدم رعایت هر مرحله، منجر به بروز مسائلی از قبیل سرقت ادبی و علمی، افت کیفیت پایان نامه ها و افت مقالات مستخرج از پایان نامه ها شده است. کلیدواژه ها: آسیب شناسی؛ نظارت؛ پایان نامه؛ استاد راهنما؛ دانشجوی تحصیلات تکمیلی نویسندگان: علی یاسینی: دکترای مدیریت آموزشی و استادیار گروه مدیریت دانشکده ادبیات، دانشگاه ایلام رضا نوروزی کوهدشت: دانشجوی دکترای مدیریت آموزشی، دانشکده روان شناسی، دانشگاه شیراز. محمد تابان: دکترای مدیریت منابع انسانی،استادیار گروه مدیریت، دانشکده ادبیات، دانشگاه ایلام. فصلنامه مطالعات معرفتی در دانشگاه اسلامی - دوره 21، شماره 71، تابستان 1396. برای مشاهده کامل مقاله روی فایل مقابل کلیک کنید.
