The main achievements and objectives sought in this gathering were: introducing new scientific achievements regarding the theoretical aspect of social support and work sociology (theories, approaches, and applicable models in the field of social support and the sociology of occupation and digital economics), gaining an understanding of the experience achieved by East Asian countries in terms of social support and the sociology of occupation, and gaining an understanding of the activities Indonesia has carried out in terms of social involvement and support for the elderly.
