Camera Ready Submission

Camera Ready Submission Guidelines:

Authors must upload their final version of Camera Ready paper via easychair system.

Step 1. Carefully apply the reviewers comments on your paper and improve the weak points of your work. Please note that the original parts of the paper should be the same as the submitted version,except for parts that might be added or modified to comply with the reviewers suggestions.

       

Step 2. Modify your paper and prepare the final PDF version of your paper  according to the Camera Ready Paper Format provided below,considering the following notes. Notice that only papers conforming to the conference style will be published in IEEE Xplore. The Camera Ready Paper Formats include:

2: The appropriate copyright clearance code (978-1-5386-1302-3/17/$31.00 ©2017 IEEE) is to appear on the left-bottom of the first page of your paper according to the guidelines set in the Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding.

For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-5386-1302-3/17/$31.00 ©2017 Crown

        Step 3. Note: The IEEE PDF eXpress® Submission deadline is 2017-09-25
Test the compliance of your .pdf paper using the IEEE PDF eXpress available at IEEE PDF eXpress TM  site.  For this purpose you have to do the following:

First-time users should do the following:

   1.    Select the New Users - Click Here link.
   2. Enter the following:
      the Conference ID (42852X for AISP  and 42857X for CSSE)
      your email address
      a password
   3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

   An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

        Step 4. Compress (Zip) your msword (or latex) paper toghether with final tested PDF version of your paper.

        Login to your authorship panel in the easychair website and upload the zipped file.

        Step 5. Fill and transfer the IEEE Copyright form through the online process. (Link will become available soon!)

 

** Important:

1) Note that all of the above steps should be done carefully and the authors are responsible for them. The Conference is not responsible and your paper may be removed from the proceeding and not be published in IEEE Xplore.

2) Note that your final version might be checked to ensure that critical comments were addressed and the recommended changes were made. Also,all accepted papers will be checked for possible plagiarism. Consequently, significant overlaps with previous publications (by self or other authors) will disqualify a paper to appear both in the the Proceedings and the IEEE Xplore.

3) Note that you should go to the registration page and pay the conference fees.
